Mr. Herbert Pfannerstill –
After several months it’s still holding up to my weight great could have been a little taller and I’m 5’8, so someone taller than me might have trouble

So far the chair is very nice, we will see how well its holds up after 60 hrs of use per week. Great for a big guy 350 range 6ft 2in. Very sturdy. For those that mention no tilt, obviously did not read the instructions, clearly shows the chair can tilt 120 degrees. You just have to pull out the bard that raises and lowers the chair and then push it back in to lock it back into place.

Not bad at all; bit pricey for what it is, but if it’ll last a few years, I’m good with it.I’ve probably put together 8 of this style office chair but the instructions for this one were kind of poorly written. If you buy it, don’t tighten down the arms until you’ve got the back on or you’ll find it difficult to align the bolt holes. My only complaint is that there are buttons on the arms (I guess to “lock” the arms in place) but neither one of them does anything. The arms will raise whether you push the buttons or not.

This chair was easy to put together for one person. The color, material and cushioning are superb. Comes with plastic and rubber wheels; I installed the rubber wheels- smooth rolling!! I’m 6’ tall and this chair is big enough to sit anyway you want throughout the day. I searched specs on work chairs for over a month and finally decided on this one. Very pleased with this product!

Shipping was a little slow, but no big deal. Assembly was easier than any other chair I have ordered from Amazon. The seat cushion is quite large and has plenty of room. It may look nice and soft, but it is fairly firm. It’s not rock hard however and supports my weight well. The arm rests seem high at their lowest position. I normally replace the stock wheels with urethane weel, but this chair already has excellent wheels. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and will recommend this chair.

At the time of my purchase and of this review, the product description still states that this is a ‘leather’ chair. It is not, it is PU leather and that misleading description is the biggest issue on this chair.Chair comfort: 4 out of 5pros – Lumbar support, nice padding/springs that are not too hard, and tilting arm rests.cons – Armrests at their lowest setting are still a bit too high (for me), moving tilt system even when locked, and the headrest area could be taller.Chair durability: 2.5 out of 5pros – Out of the box, pretty good construction, well packed, and clean seams.cons – The fake leather, weak tilting, and general construction on this makes me think this will only last a few years at best.Chair value: 2 out of 5 at purchase priceI did reach out to the company about the incorrect product description. They stated that the product is PU leather and that’s reflected in the product description (it’s not at the time I’m writing this) and they gave me a $100.00 refund. So with the refund, the cost of the chair for me would be $175 and I think that’s a much better value for this chair. I’d say the chair is a good value, but only with the refunded amount factored in.Overall, it’s fine and I’m happy with the resolution but am not sure I’d recommend this or purchase it again.

I have no regrets when I settled on this chair (except for maybe 1 or 2 but not a deal breaker) when shopping for new office chairs for my husband and I. I really wanted a white chair but it was so hard to find one that had decent reviews and my husband wanted to match our chairs as far as build goes so that made it even harder to find the closest match. I originally was going for a white/light purple gaming setup on my side of the desk but my husband bought me the adorable cat ear headset shown in the pictures that did not come in white but came in pink, black, cyan, and light blue so he got me the pink ones which is what also helped me settle on this pink chair… so I guess I’m going white/pink instead lol, it’s just easier since there isn’t a lot of purple accessories out there.PROS:I was kind of worried about the wheels when I was reading the reviews, seems kind of dumb for them to go with a plastic casing around these high quality rubber double wheels but that will be an easy cost efficient fix if they fail after a while. Aside from that the chair rolls really nice and I was kind of shocked that the base is made of metal, very impressed by that. The material feels like authentic leather and is very soft… I don’t see it doing that hardening thing that leads to flaking like most of the popular brands do after long wear and tear but that will be debatable after it’s been through some wear and tear. The cushion is very thick and doesn’t feel like you’re sitting on a concrete block like my last Amazon “racing game” chair, that was such a relief when I first sat on it.The back support is adjustable in the lumbar section but it’s not as impressive as the rest of the chair’s features… at least it doesn’t have the blood pressure type pump on it, I think I would have hated that. It just doesn’t do much of a difference between the lowest and highest setting so I wouldn’t say this is a top feature offered by this chair.I’m not big but I am 5’10” tall with long legs, so my legs do not dangle and my feet are flat on the ground when the chair is at its shortest setting. My husband is as tall as me and isn’t big either but his feet do not touch and his legs dangle ? but we both love how you can definitely crisscross in this chair so it doesn’t bother him and the chair arms flip up which is a plus for this when you don’t want to weave your legs around the arms. I also love how I can really crisscross and have plenty of room without any arm attachment obstacles in the way since my legs are longer I need more room under there.CONS:Okay… so there isn’t enough cons to dis this chair but I am going to mention the things that could have been done better. The arms are really cool since you can adjust the height of them BUT.. the lowest setting is still really high so if you adjust them they just go even higher, I just wish they could be adjusted lower than the lowest setting it can go. I’m sure it’s because it’s meant for a really tall person with a long torso. There is another BUT to follow the long torso comment, the back of the chair doesn’t make sense for this part because the bottom of the top cushion part that’s meant to hold your head when you sit back literally digs into the middle of my shoulder blades which made me wonder, what if I did have a longer torso that these arms were meant for… does that meant this cushion would be digging in the middle of my back instead and wouldn’t even be tall enough to support my head when I leaned back?? Just a thought and wonder just sayin! When I was putting my chair together, it was difficult to put the back of the chair on the seat/arms the way the directions said to and if you’re by yourself which I did mine by myself but I helped my husband with his because of that part because of what I experienced, have someone if you can hold the back while the other person puts in all the screws, makes it less complicated. Also, some of the screws felt like you really had to force them in, almost to the point of stripping the thread or whatever but with force they went in fine just didn’t feel right at first and it worked out in the end.And lastly, this was an expensive chair but what isn’t expensive anymore! I felt like that was something to mention in the “cons” section. In conclusion, I recommend them and personally love these chairs and I’m glad we chose them.
