The chair comes packaged well in a relatively small box. Assembly was very easy and took about 10 minutes. Seat cushion is thick and supportive when sitting. There is adjustable tilt function and chair raises and lowers as a typical office chair should. The overall design of the chair is straight black color with an attractive style. Can sit comfortable for a long time in this chair without discomfort.

Purchased this chair with the back support after looking locally at brick and mortar stores without successfully finding one I liked. Though I’d take a chance on this one, and am happy I did.Chair arrived within several days of ordering. Assembly instructions were easy to follow but really unnecessary other than to get the correctly-sized bolt in the correct location (extra bolts included). Only issue was that one of the arms was damaged enroute; when I notified the company with a photo of the damaged arm, they immediately sent a replacement arm without further adieu.Chair is extremely comfortable. Do miss the variable height arm rests (on a former chair) and the back support is a bit too high for my back, but I’ve adjusted my sitting position to accommodate the changes and am very happy with the result.

This chair fits perfectly my office at home. Compared to my previous office chair, this one is way way better, the seat is very comfortable and armrest are wide that is much better for your arm. The adjustable features for both the height and the armrest allow for better fit to my back, arms and legs stretching during my long working hours. I like the ergonomic design and the smooth-rolling base. The instructions are very clear, it took me like 30 minutes to assemble. I am happy of this purchase, it’s a great quality.
