Highly recommend buying this office chair! It’s beautiful, very good quality and very easy to put together. The chair is firm but comfortable and its not made cheaply. Definitely love it!

Pleasantly surprised during assembly. Real solid natural wood on sides and on the base – NO PLASTIC AT ALL! Solid metal wheels, soldi heavy duty metal frame for wheelbase which the wood sets onto of the metal.
Measurements – the width of the seat listed on Walmart’s site is wrong wrong wrong. the seat edge measures 19″-20 wide (site lists 12″ which is laughable)
Quality fabric feel with a nice tight weave texture and look. Cushion is attached to the back of the chair, not removable nor is the fabric.
***CLEANING*** BHG does not recommended steam clean or use of a steamer machine to clean the chair. Have not needed to spot clean yet, so unsure of ease

This chair is stunning! I was very impressed by the quality and sturdiness of the materials at this price point. Chairs like this cost hundreds of dollars more, so this is a great deal! There are a few things to consider. First, the measurements listed here are wrong. The width of the seat is 19″ inches, not 12″ as it states. Second, if you have a desk with drawers on the side, consider that depending on the height of the desk the armrest may hit the drawers, not letting you move the chair under the desk or seat closer. My desk is height adjustable and this is not a deal breaker for me. Lastly, the color of the seat and wood accents are a bit darker than the pictures on the website, which is great because I was a little concerned about being light but it’s perfect! Overall this is an amazing, beautiful chair. This is my second Better Home and Gardens purchase and I’m very pleased with their quality and price. I hope this helps!
