I own three of these. It’s the best designed phone holder out there. I own three. One for the bedroom. One for my desk. One for the car. The claw clamp at the end of one them broke on me. When I notified Amazon it had already been past 30 days and the manufacturer still approved a full replacement as long as I returned the broken one. That’s just good business! Strongly recommended.

Extremely satisfied with this. It’s extremely well designed, perfectly executed, solidly built and beautifully functional. I feel like the negative reviews on here can only be attributed to people who haven’t had the misfortune of using inferior models. Which, due to a serious neck injury requiring my screen to be at eye level, I’ve spent the last 3 years doing and let me tell you, having had that experience trust me that this particular model is fully deserving of the 5 stars I’m giving it. It works, you can set it and forget it, because it holds strong and does its job. Which is exactly how this type of contraption should work, not, like lesser versions which require constant fiddling and reconfiguration.

I’ve only been using it about a week now but so far so good. I have it in my bathroom to hold my phone while I get ready in the morning. The only thing I don’t like is it is very difficult to move the cord thing. You have to figure out the position you want it before you put it up because once it’s up it’s too hard to move. Also if you touch your phone to find a new video the entire thing bounces. I recommend this if you use it to watch videos but not if you need to type on your phone.
