The lap desk works well. Large enough for my 16” laptop. The phone holder is not practical when used with laptop as it is covered or behind the laptop. Material is sturdy but lightweight. The only real problem I encounter is that the surface is a very smooth plastic that is very slippery and I’ve had instances where when I was moving around my laptop almost slid off the surface.

MY wife says in a decade of marriage this is the best thing I’ve ever gotten her. Whether this speaks poorly of me or highly of the quality of this item is NOT up for debate because she holds this tighter than me every night.In all seriousness it was a game changer for a spouse who is a nightly laptop user in bed. Very cosy on the bottom while proving a rigid top surface so the laptop can cool itself. And the little bump on the end keeps your laptop from sliding off.One note: If you have a large laptop, not much else will fit on it. My wife has a 15.6″ and that’s about all the real estate it supports as far as the other items shown all over it.

This is the perfect little lap desk for me. I like the little piece at the bottom of the desk that keeps my pad, clipboard, iPad, Kindle or whatever from sliding off. The slot for the phone at the top is the perfect size. This does not fold so it may be bulky to some but I knew what I was buying when I got it. This is big enough for me to put my iPad on and use a mouse. I can also use my 14” laptop with a mouse with no problems. I expect that this will hold up for many, many years to come. My husband was jealous so he ordered himself one in a more manly pattern but I like my lighter colors better.

The product is so useful. I have been taking online college courses for almost two years. My laptop would get uncomfortable on my lap by either getting warm or just not allowing me to get a good view of the screen. Now my lap is cool and doesn’t get hot at all. I can see the screen as the desk is easily adjustable. The color is beautiful and the product is well made. It is portable from room to room but would not be easy to take somewhere as it is a bit thick.

For someone on bedrest, this is a gamechanger. It’s a perfect size, shape and weight to be portable and to be comfortable in any position you could use your laptop in. It’s a really comfortable height/angle for hands to type, too. The bottom is filled with microbeads that reshape to whatever form needed, so it sits flat on the sheets and doesn’t slide, and also conforms to your lap perfectly. (My laptop doesn’t slide around on it easily, either.) The slot for the phone and the elastic on the corner to hold papers, etc. in place are just icing on the cake. Also, it’s available in so many different colors and styles, so it looks great, too. Very well thought out and very well made.
