Bought this for my mother-in-law with impaired memory. This is a great device to have for someone who may be suffering from dementia or just wants all the details at a quick glance! When I first turned it on all of the settings were correct but I found it’s very simple to program. I got one for my mother, who suffers from dementia, after a recommendation from a friend who works with geriatric patients. I would find my mom dressed and ready to go when we weren’t going anywhere that day, or find her with a blank face asking me what day it was even though she has a large calendar placed on the wall where she goes to the kitchen each morning. In my mind this clock is a must have and I wish I had gotten it for her sooner. It even shows what the weather is like outside with sun or clouds and automatically dims at night. It has good readability and the display is easy to set with a wide choice of colors! I just love it and it’s doing the job I needed it to do for my Mom.
