The chair is very easy to assemble thanks to the high quality material to use. Every hole for the screws are well aligned and matched. Wheels are smooth and headrest is easy to adjust and good for tall size person. It feels very comfortable and sturdy when sitting on the cushion.

The chair was well packaged, and it was very easy to assemble. The instruction is clear and straight forward. A pair of gloves is even included for doing the assembling. The chair is very comfortable, and it is a right size for me. The overall quality is great too. I like the chair.

Good comfy chair. In fact, I found I become more sleepy when sitting in this chair. 🙂 🙁 Build seems to be solid.
The chair is on the small and low side, and the height is not adjustable, which kindof sucks. The height of the head rest is also at a fixed height, so I expect a big tall or oversized person will find this chair not so desirable.

Pretty sturdy chair, you know it from its weight. I like the rubber wheels compared to my other Hyken from Staples which has plastic wheels that would leave marks on my hardwood floor. It moves smoothly and the back has a pretty good support that is adjustable.
Two slight complaints:
1, the installation manual didn’t draw the use of washer, so because of my carelessness, I missed those in the first time. Also, in the text it used the word “shim” instead of washer
2, the cylinder is simply pushed into the opening of the base and is not screwed together or what. I suppose it is an intended design but be careful not to drop the base when you lift it up if you were only grabbing the seat.
